Within the Discovery Park Cradle Mountain is a small convenience store, very handy for those items you forget to bring to this remote part of Tasmania.

Cradle Mountain Highlanders Cottages

Cradle Mountain Highlander Cottages is the authentic cabin style accommodation for this region. Decked out in a variety of timbers, each cottage is individual, warm and cosy. There are studio style, one and two bedroom cottages available.

The Cradle Mountain Highlander Cottages are situated right at the entrance to the Cradle Mt National Park. The very informative National Park Information Centre and the Shuttle Bus into the park is just 200 metres away.

Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village

Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village boast excellent self contained 4 star cottage style accommodation choices as well as a guest lounge, bar and dining facilities. The Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village is located very close to the entrance to Cradle Mountain National Park.

The accommodation consists of Studio Cottages, 2 Bedroom Chalets & Villas, Spa Cottages and 2 Bedroom Spa Chalets. The Cottages and Chalets are spaced apart and blend into the natural surroundings.

Strahan Beach Tourist Park

Located just 15 minutes walk from the centre of town the Strahan Beach Tourist Park is excellently maintained cabin park is right on the shores of Macquarie Harbour.

The Strahan Beach Tourist park has a number of cabin and cottage options including standard and deluxe cabins. The deluxe cabins have a superior bathroom and furnishings while the standard cabins are quite comfortable and cost effective. The cabins come in a number of different configurations that suit couples up to groups of six people.

This is a very well maintained holiday park that has all the facilities you need including BBQ area, shared laundry and a playground for the kids. Strahan Beach Tourist Park has direct access to Strahan Beach.

Strahan Holiday Retreat

Strahan Holiday Retreat is located just a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Strahan and just 150 metres from West Strahan Beach.

This very comfortable cabin park is set in 4 acres of tall trees and native bush land and has a very hand convenience store within the site. There is a large variety of cabins and cottages to choose from.
